The staff that assisted me was AWESOME. I needed to change my reservation at the last minute, and it was done quickly and graciously with no pressure or questions. I loved my room #:422, and hope to always request when I visit The Delta Marriott, Farmington Hills, MI facility/location. Love the lobby area, so bright, clean and inviting.

I love this hotel! We stayed over the holiday weekend and there was no maintenance which is to be expected. There was an issue with the amenities but the hotel management accommodated us and kept in constant contact. Most hotels that I have stayed at are not as eager to make sure their guests are happy but Kristin especially went above and beyond to rectify and accommodate us. Thanks!

It’s great that you have a gym that’s open 24 hours. Michelle was exceptional. She was very kind, patient and helpful! In fact the entire staff was great! We really enjoyed our stay and your staff helped to make it memorable. Thank You So Much!

This was our second stay, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. - Exceptional customer service - Spacious and immaculate room - Excellent value breakfast We look forward to returning!

Very nice room with a separate alcove offering a couch, 2nd TV, fridge, but no microwave. Comfy bed with huge TV. Attached restaurant served a very good dinner and breakfast buffet.
